How to use
1.After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with toner and gently swipe across the face.
2.Alternatively, pour toner directly into your palms and pat gently into the skin.
3.For an intensive care routine, soak cotton pads with the toner and apply them to sensitive or irritated areas as a soothing mask pack.
4.Leave on for 5–10 minutes, then remove.
