PAYMENTS AND ORDERS

Order Processing Time

We aim to process your orders within 1 – 2 business days upon receipt of payment. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays. Once processed we’ll send you a notification email that your order has shipped and with tracking information provided.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE

Please review your order carefully before finalize the payment. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us support@soincosme.com within 24 hours of purchase. We will try best to assist you.

PAYMENTS

  • We accept visa, master card, American Express and PayPal.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your order total will be calculated in CAD. Please note that your method of payment may be charged in your local currency at an exchange rate selected by the issuing bank and may also include foreign transaction fees. These are not determined by SOINCOSME and are not included in your order total at checkout.
  • Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled.

SALE TAX

  • If you order from Canada, federal and provincial taxes will be added after you have given your shipping address.
  • If you order from outside of Canada, there will be no added taxes. Please, note that for United States shipping, it is possible that you must pay customs fees. Customs fees are assessed and imposed by your local customs office and will vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
