All orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly and carefully as possible from Quebec, Canada.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently offer shipping to Canada & US only for now. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally currently.
SHIPPING METHOD
We ship mostly by Canada Post & UPS. The weight and dimension of the parcel determines the type of service we use for shipping.
SHIPPING TIME
We ship to Canada and United States. Thank you to kindly ensure that your shipping address is correct and entered properly at the time of order. We ship to the address you provide at checkout. We will not refund the lost packages because of incorrect shipping addresses on your part.

Canada wide delivery: 2 to 8 business days
United States wide delivery: 5 to 9 business days.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost and damaged due to the shipping carrier, weather conditions and etc. You must contact shipping carrier and file the claim with tracking information.
