What is SO IN COSME Rewards?

SO IN COSME Rewards is our loyalty program designed to thank you for shopping with us.

Earn points through eligible purchases and account activities, then redeem your points for discounts on future orders.

Membership is free and available to all registered customers.

How Do I Earn Points?

Place an Order 1 Point for every $2 Spent

Points are earned based on the subtotal of your order and do not include taxes, gift cards, shipping fees, or discounts.

Points earned from purchases will remain pending until your order has been shipped.

Once your order has shipped, the points will automatically be added to your Rewards balance.

What Can I Redeem My Points For?

Reward options may be updated from time to time.

How Do I Redeem My Points?

Once you have accumulated enough points, you can redeem them through the Rewards panel on our website.

Simply log into your account and open the Rewards widget to view your available rewards and redeem your points for discount coupons.

After a reward is redeemed, the corresponding points will be deducted from your Rewards balance.

How Do I Check My Points Balance?

Log into your SO IN COSME account and open the Rewards panel.

Your current points balance and available rewards will be displayed automatically.

When Will My Points Be Available?

Points earned from purchases remain pending until your order has been shipped.

Once the order has been fulfilled, the points will be added to your account and become available for redemption.

What Happens If I Cancel or Return My Order?

If an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, any points earned from that purchase may be removed from your Rewards balance.

SO IN COSME reserves the right to adjust points balances for cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.

Can I Use My Points Online and In-Store?

At this time, our online and in-store loyalty programs are not connected.

Points earned online can only be redeemed online, and points earned in-store can only be redeemed in-store.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our rewards program.

Program Terms

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account that earned them.
  • SO IN COSME reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Abuse of the Rewards Program may result in the loss of points and account privileges.
