ARENCIA Vitamin C Booster Shot is the brightening half of the Booster Shot pair, and the sensible way to use vitamin C if pure L-ascorbic acid has ever stung or gone orange on you. It is built on 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid at 50,000 ppm — a stable derivative that does not oxidise in the bottle.

Four more vitamin C forms sit behind it, with glutathione, tocopherol and niacinamide rounding out the antioxidant side. The texture is a light cream-serum that absorbs fast and does not pill, so it also works as a quick brightening base before makeup.

Morning, or morning and evening.

1. After cleansing and toner, apply an appropriate amount over the whole face at the cream step.
2. For dark spots, pat an extra thin layer onto those areas.
3. Follow with moisturizer, and always with sunscreen in the morning.

Do not layer on the same application as a retinoid — use vitamin C in the morning and retinal at night if you are using both ARENCIA Booster Shots.
