CENTELLIAN24 Expert Madeca Cream Active Renew PDRN is the full-size firming cream from the Madeca line — Dongkook Pharmaceutical's skincare arm, built on the purified centella fraction the company has produced as a wound-healing ingredient since the 1970s.

The TECA-PDRN complex pairs standardised centella with PDRN drawn from five sources, at 2,000 ppm of sodium DNA and 1,600 ppm of madecassic acid. Ten forms of hyaluronic acid and a cooling complex make it comfortable on reactive or post-procedure skin — this is the cream to recommend after a facial or a laser session.

Morning and evening, as the last step of your skincare routine.

1. After cleansing, toner and serum, take an appropriate amount onto the fingertips.
2. Warm it briefly, then smooth over the face and neck.
3. Pat until absorbed. Follow with sunscreen in the morning.

For intensive repair, apply about twice the usual amount in the evening and leave it on overnight like a sleeping mask.

For external use only. Avoid the eye area. Do not apply to broken or inflamed skin. Patch test if you irritate easily.
