ILSO No Problem Spot Softener is a spot-care ampoule you apply on a cotton pad, not with your fingers. Soak a pad, lay it on the trouble area for 5 to 10 minutes, and it works like a targeted mini-mask — cooling, soothing and gently exfoliating right where the breakout is.

Patented Diarte & Coolif — instant calming and cooling, lowering skin temperature to settle irritation
Salicylic Acid (BHA) & Gluconolactone (PHA) — gentle exfoliation for blackheads, congestion and rough texture

No artificial colourant or fragrance. Formulated for acne-prone and sensitive skin. The set includes the 150g softener plus cotton pads. Contains salicylic acid — patch test first if your skin is very reactive, and avoid pairing with other exfoliating actives on the same day.

Use as needed for spot care, after cleansing and toning.

- Cleanse your face and prep skin with toner
- Pour a moderate amount onto one of the enclosed cotton pads
- Place the pad on the trouble area and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes
- Remove the pad and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin
- Follow with your usual essence and cream

Start with two or three times a week if your skin is sensitive. Patch test on the inner arm before first use. Avoid using alongside other exfoliating products on the same day.
