MARY & MAY Spicule Retinol PDRN Cream is an at-home take on a clinic "spicule" treatment. Around 180,000–200,000 marine-derived micro-spicules — each finer than a pore — are suspended in the cream, creating microscopic channels that help the actives reach deeper, faster.

Retinol is delivered in nano-liposome form at 1,000 ppm, which stabilises it and softens the irritation retinol usually brings, while Cica PDRN works on recovery and the collagen barrier. Expect a brief tingling sensation — that is the spicules at work.

Evening only, 2–3 times a week to start. Begin as the last step of your routine.

1. Take a small amount (about a pea) onto the fingertips.
2. Apply evenly over the face, avoiding the eye and lip area. Do not rub hard — press it in.
3. Leave on overnight. A mild tingling for a few minutes is normal.
4. In the morning, cleanse as usual and always apply sunscreen.

Build up to nightly use as tolerated. Do not use on broken, sunburned or freshly exfoliated skin, and avoid combining with strong acids on the same night. Not recommended during pregnancy — consult your doctor.
